Question of the Month

Q: Can ghosts exist underwater?

A: Theoretically, yes. However there are numerous factors that would come into play during this type of catatonic existence. Evidence that I have studied from a very small number of cases, including the Titanic Museum in Orlando, Florida, suggests that although the ghost still exists underwater, it does so in a comatose or suspended animation type state similar to a cryogenic stasis where it's energy is preserved in an inactive state where it can not gain energy and depletes it at an extremely slow rate. While in this dormant, sleep-like state the ghost is unaware of the passage of time and/or events that take place around them. For example, when the remnants of shipwrecks and other maritime tragedies are taken from the site of the incident this action can now potentially awaken the energies via a catalyst, conduit, or trigger mechanism. These energies which would be attached to the recovered items would have been reactivated - “awakened” - if you will, when disturbed from their “sleep,” thus causing a haunting that would be associated with and perhaps centered on that particular item.
